The Somatic Embodiment Healing Community.
Jenna is an international expert in somatic (body-based) trauma healing, healing from narcissistic abuse and has worked with some of the most clinically complex trauma cases in the world.
She is embarking on earning a second graduate degree in Neuropsychology at King's College London's Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (the #2 institute in the world in psychology and psychiatry). She will combine cutting-edge research through her work at KCL with her first graduate degree in Integral Counseling Psychology, 15 years of clinical experience and her degree and research experience in Anthropology from UCLA (the #1 Anthropology undergraduate program in the US) to bring you the most comprehensive program for healing from trauma that exists today.Â
This community and course is Jenna's most comprehensive program to date with carefully curated classes, linked resources and exercises, and is currently the best and only way to work with her.

Why people love working with Jenna
"Working with Jenna has been nothing short of transformative for me. Over the years, I’ve explored countless therapeutic modalities, always seeking deeper healing and a better understanding of myself. Yet, it wasn’t until I began somatic therapy with Jenna that I realized something profound was missing from my previous experiences — the wisdom of my body. For so long, I relied on words to make sense of my emotions and experiences, but Jenna showed me a different path.
Through her guidance, I’ve learned to truly trust the sensations that arise in my body. It’s an incredible shift to feel safe enough to let my body speak without needing to analyze or explain my story verbally. The depth of healing that comes from simply being present with what’s happening in my body has been eye-opening. With Jenna, I’ve discovered that healing doesn’t always require revisiting painful memories or talking endlessly about trauma; sometimes, it’s about honoring the quiet, powerful messages our bodies are already sending.
Jenna creates an environment of safety, compassion, and deep listening, which allows for profound shifts without forcing anything. There’s no pressure to perform or explain — just an invitation to be with what is. This approach has given me a fresh perspective on my life, one that is grounded in trust and peace rather than constant striving. I now understand the importance of listening to my body’s signals and honoring them as a vital part of my healing journey.
Working with Jenna has helped me find a level of peace that I didn’t think was possible. I am forever grateful for her presence and the work we’ve done together. She has opened a door to healing that has profoundly changed how I approach life, and for that, I am deeply thankful."
